An official source at the Ministry of Minerals said in a press statement to SUNA that this protocol was agreed upon during a meeting between the Minister of Minerals and his Zambian counterpart on the sidelines of the Conference of the Great lakes Region on Illegal Use of Minerals, which was held in Lusaka, Zambia, during December 15 - 16
