President of the Republic Omer Albashir will honour today Sunday the 10th graduation ceremony of Police Higher Academy fellowship.
The fellowship will qualify police officers to conduct deep scientific research and help them acquire new skills for fighting crimes, said Dean of the Higher Academy.
About 141 candidates will be awarded fellowship and postgraduate diploma in police science, he added.
