President of the Republic, Field Marshal Omer Al Bashir, has issued a number of republican decrees for the enhancement of the youth work in the country
The first decree included the formation of a higher committee for the youths project for national construction, to be headed by the Vice President of the Republic, Dr. Al Haj Adam Yousif
The President of the Republic also issued a republican decree for the establishment of the advisory council for the projects of the youths settlement to be headed by the Presidential Advisor, Dr. Mustafa Osman Ismail
The President of the Republic also issued republican decree on formation of a higher committee for the establishment of the Youth Bank, to be headed by the Presidential Advisor, Dr. Mustafa Osman Ismail
He also issued a decree on the formation of the Advisory Council of the Youth Institution for Information Technology to be headed by the Presidential Advisor, Pro. Ibrahim Ahmed Omer, and another decree for the formation of the board of trustees for the Charity Fund for helping the youths in marriage, to be headed by the President Assistant, Dr. Jalal Yousif Al-Degair
