President of the Republic and Chairman of the Supreme Council for Decentralized Government, Field Marshal Omer Al-Bashir, is due to chair the meeting of the council today at the Friendship Hall in Khartoum, in the presence of the Firs Vice President and Deputy Chairman of the Council and the Assistants of the President, the governors of states and the Ministers of Presidency, the Cabinet Affairs, Finance and and Justice.
The Secretary General of the Supreme Council for Decentralized Government, Prof. Al-Amin Daffalla, is due to present a report on the performance of the States in the year 2011, besides the annual report of the Council for Decentralized Government.
The meeting would also review the three-year economic program by focusing on Khartoum State as a model one
