The Minister of Culture and Information Ahmed Bilal Osman said that Information is a key weapon based on transparency, credibility and flow of information in this critical phases in which Sudan faces some internal and external challenges. This came when the Minister received Wednesday the General Managers of the of media departments and corporations affiliated to the Ministry of Information in order to get informed about the performance and porgrammes carried by these departments as well as the challenges facing them.
The Minister said in a press statement that the meeting aimed at creating a joint spirit based on mutual understanding and duty in order to serve the mission of information and media in the country.
