Vice- President of the Government of South Sudan , Dr. Riek Machar, has affirmed the readiness of his government to open the door widely before the southern unionists who call for the unity of the country to launch their campaigns for the unity through the coming referendum .
This came while he was addressing symposium organized by the Free Media Agency in juba on the coming referendum . Dr
Machar stressed that the Referendum Act and the Interim Constitution guarantee the freedom of choice and expression.
