Al-Sawarmi Khalid Saad said that the two Iranian warships, docked earlier in the Port Sudan, have successfully completed their social, diplomatic, scientific and political mission and left the port. In a statement to the Sudan News Agency, he explained that the two Iranian warships left Port-Sudan at 08:00 a.m. on Wednesday after staying three days in the Sudanese coasts. He said that a number of workshops were held and that the two parties have benefited and shared scientific experiences. Col. Al-Sawarmi said that the two Iranian warships came to Sudan from the western coast of the Indian Ocean in a mission related to combating piracy.
