Minister of Health Dr. AbdAllah Tiya discussed with the Resident Representative of the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) Wilson Yohans possible cooperation to fight endemic diseases and a plan set by the later to fight AIDS in Africa.
The minister hailed efforts of the IGAD in field of promoting health in the country. He expressed keenness to consolidate cooperation with the organization to fight endemic diseases in the continent and realize health stability in the region of the IGAD member states.
